For return/refund policy:
We offer refunds if:
- Teas are unconsumable due to damages during transit
- Item is lost and never reached the customer
- Wrong product is sent
Refunds requested without any valid reason will be disregarded.
We require a photo/video proof of the damaged/wrong teas within 4 hours of receiving the product for returns/replacement. For product exchange, the reshipment will be borne by the customer and the difference in amount will be settled by the customer.
